PV DRILLING III WRAPPED UP PM3-CAA DRILLING CAMPAIGN, OFFSHORE WEST MALAYSIA

On August 9, 2024, our jack-up rig PV DRILLING III completed the 14-well drilling campaign for Hibiscus Malaysia Limited in Bunga Orchid field, Block PM3-CAA in the overlapping territorial waters between Malaysia and Vietnam. The Rig PV DRILLING III was then demobilized from Bunga Orchid C wellhead platform (“WHP”) by HML’s tugboats at 2 pm the same day.

Recently, Malaysian Petroleum Management (MPM) conducted a comprehensive assessment of the field development project at Bokor Drilling Platform Echo (BODP-E), situated off the coast of Sarawak state, eastern Malaysia (the report was published on The Well Voice Magazine issued by MPM). The final report highlighted the successful positioning of the jack-up PV DRILLING VI on January 3, 2024, identifying it as a pivotal achievement that has enabled the advancement of subsequent project phases following years of delays.
