Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation (PV Drilling, stock symbol: PVD) was honored to receive the Top 10 Best Corporate Governance - Large Cap Group and Top 20 Best Annual Report - Non-financial Industry Group awards at the 17th Vietnam Listed Company Awards (VLCA) on November 16.
The 2024 VLCA Awards Ceremony was held in conjunction with the annual Listed Companies Conference, attended by leaders from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam, heads of Stock Exchanges and Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, along with representatives from 300 listed companies, securities companies, fund management companies, and other financial institutions in the market.
This year, 500 listed companies registered for the competition, and as a result, 44 listed companies were honored in three categories: Corporate Governance, Annual Report, and Sustainability Report. The VLCA Awards Ceremony not only recognizes listed companies that have made outstanding efforts in reporting and disclosing information, implementing the best governance regulations and practices, and practicing good ESG (Environmental - Social - Governance) at the enterprise level, but also serves as a foundation for promoting advanced governance standards, information transparency, and sustainable development.
Surpassing major and promising competitors, PV Drilling was excellently honored in the Top 10 Best Corporate Governance – Large Cap Group and Top 20 Best Annual Report – Non-financial Industry Group (ranking first).
