On January 8, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, PVD Training, a subsidiary of PV Drilling, held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement with GSS Group UK Ltd (GSS) - a prestigious provider of training programs in the UK, Middle East, and India. Previously, in December 2025, PVD Training also signed partnership agreements with two other major entities: Tan Cang Offshore Services Joint Stock Company and Z-Subsea.
These events mark a significant step forward in connecting resources, sharing expertise, and elevating international training standards. The goal is to meet the increasing demands of businesses, clients, and workers within a landscape of ever-stricter safety requirements.

Established in 2007, PVD Training was founded with the goal of training and providing a workforce that is highly skilled, experienced, and fully capable of executing PV Drilling’s technical services. The company is also a pioneer in onshore and offshore safety training, with years of experience in instruction and the issuance of international certifications for courses such as OPITO, GWO, IWCF, IRATA, and more.
GSS's training programs focus on building competency and ensuring safety across multiple sectors, including oil and gas and maritime. These programs are globally recognized, with key markets in the UK, India, Qatar, and other nations throughout the Middle East. Notably, approximately 100 training courses offered by GSS are certified by prestigious international organizations such as OPITO, LEEA, and STCW.

Furthermore, through this cooperation framework, both parties reaffirm their capacity to supply a skilled workforce and expert teams, committing to proactively seeking and expanding opportunities to introduce Vietnam’s technical human resources and highly skilled labor to potential markets, particularly in Middle Eastern countries such as Qatar, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

Previously, on December 5, 2025, PVD Training signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tan Cang Offshore Services Joint Stock Company - a subsidiary of Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) - witnessed by senior leaders from both sides. The event marks a significant milestone in establishing a strategic partnership aimed at synergizing capabilities and leveraging each party's strengths in Oil & Gas services, Maritime, and Technical Training. Under the agreement, both parties commit to sharing resources, client networks, and expertise to jointly participate in tendering, expand market reach, increase value, and provide optimized turnkey solutions for the energy and maritime industries.

Also in December 2025, PVD Training signed a cooperation agreement with Z-Subsea Energies Consulting FZCO, marking a significant step in its strategy to expand international partnerships and develop advanced technical training for Vietnam's energy industry. Z-Subsea is an internationally recognized consultancy with expertise in subsea engineering, advanced engineering analysis, asset integrity management, and specialized training. Under the agreement, PVD Training will act as Z-Subsea's representative and implementation facility in Vietnam, collaborating to provide technical services and international-standard training programs that meet the practical needs of the domestic market.
