With the aspiration to provide one-stop service for wellhead to the clients, PVD Tech has focused on establishing a workshop with capacity to perform a various range of services related to wellhead technology. Our wellhead workshop is the sole one in Vietnam specializizing in wellhead services and gaining high reputation from local and international companies and operators in the oil and gas industry; currently it is set to perform such functions and services as storage, testing, inspection, maintenance, repair equipment.

1. Supply of equipment and services for cold cutting

PVD Tech provides casing cutters for almost pipe sizes used for oil and gas wells. Powered by pneumatic engines, non-spark pipe cutting machines are the perfect equipment for working environment at rigs, which always require stringent HSE performance and restrict the heat generating work. Using cold cutters brings great economic benefits and high safety performance compared to using heat cutting methods, which have potential risks and time-consuming.
Belows are notaworthy features and benefits for using cold cutter:

2. Supply of Hydraulic Work-over Unit (HWU) for well work-over or abandonment

The minimalistic design of the HWU system modules makes the assembly quick and provides the ideal solution for drilling platforms with limited space. All HWU provided by PVD Tech are in accordance with API 4F standards at PSL 1 (according to the Drilling Works and Well Services) and can be certified for further conditions if required by the clients.
