CRTi – CASING RUNNING TOOL – INTERNAL GRIP
CRTi (Casing Running Tool – Internal Grip): The Volant CRTi is ideal for casing running and/or casing drilling with top drive equipped rigs. The CRTi is used for connection  make-up, break-out, circulation, reciprocation, raising / lowering of full string, push down and string rotation.

b. Down hole Tools Rental:

Hole Opener

-  Hole Opener is a drilling tool with a large fixed diameter used to enlarge the wellbore from an existing smaller hole. PVD Well Services offers various types of Hole Openers to meet each customer’s requirements. 
-  Using a Hole Opener to enlarge the wellbore is an efficient and cost-effective method both technically and economically. 
-  The cutting blades are mounted on a bearing system and sliding shafts combined to deliver optimal performance. The blades can be easily replaced using standard hand tools available on the rig.

Drilling Jar/ Accelerator/ Shock Sub

-  Double-Acting Hydraulic Drilling Jar allows operation in both upward and downward directions with varying impact forces to help free stuck drill strings, preventing NPT and sidetracking. When combined with the Accelerator Impact Tool, the Drilling Jar can generate an impact force of up to 1 million pounds while protecting downhole drilling tools and surface equipment from shock loads. 
-  Shock Sub is a tool designed to reduce vibration and shock; it is part of the drill string that absorbs and minimizes dynamic axial loads generated by the drill bit during normal drilling operations.

PBL Multiple Activation Bypass System

PBL Multiple Activation Bypass System is a simple-structured tool that allows diverting the circulation flow to the annulus without passing through the drill bit. This system is commonly used in the following situations:

Roller Reamer

Roller Reamer is a tool that improves drilling performance and enhances wellbore condition, reducing stick-slip and vibration during drilling.

Anti Stick - Slip Tool

Anti Stick-Slip Tool (AST) is a device that stabilizes torque during drilling. The torque generated by the drill bit is controlled through the AST’s special design, which reduces torque fluctuations, restores weight on the bit, and prevents stick-slip during drilling operations.

Under Reamer

Under Reamer is used to enlarge the wellbore from an existing smaller hole, with an adjustable expansion diameter. The cutting blades come in various types such as Mill Tooth, Tungsten Carbide Insert, and Polycrystalline Diamond Compact (PDC).

Agitator System

The Agitator System is used to minimize Torsional Dynamic Indicator (one of the parameters provided by directional drilling companies to determine the mode and severity of downhole torsional vibration, taking into account both average sliding and lateral vibration). This system helps stabilize drilling operations, extend the lifespan of drilling tools, and improve overall drilling efficiency.

BOP Clean Up Tool

BOP Clean Up Tool is used to clean the internal cavities of the Blowout Preventer (BOP) system and the wellhead area. This tool helps remove metal debris, drilling cuttings, solid particles from drilling fluids, precipitated mud, rust scale, and other contaminants.

Dogleg (DL) Reamer

Dogleg reamer helps improve drill bit performance and durability, reduces the number of trips, minimizes tight spots, and provides effective support during casing or liner running operations.

• Mechanical speed and prevent stickiness

MPD technology can utilize lightweight underbalanced fluids and maintain a minimal differential pressure at the bottom hole. This is highly beneficial for increasing mechanical drilling speed and extending drill bit life. Moreover, maintaining a small pressure differential helps prevent the drill string from sticking to the wellbore wall due to pressure imbalance.
